Return Policy
Mamoru will accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please include all original items and package in your return shipment.
Pls noted: Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund, Our warehouse will check the status of the products in returning package,
improperly usage and damage to our products will also cause Restocking fees according to the damaged condition.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are generally issued within 5-10 business days of Mamoru receiving all returned goods and checked the status of the Goods.
Items purchased from Mamoru Dealers or other stores must be returned or communicate to those sellers in conjunction with that store's policy.
If you have been issued a warranty replacement part, we may request you return the defective part. Mamoru will provide a free delivery on sending new replacement parts (Pls noted: All of additional fee replacement parts in accessory box have no warranty).
